1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada. By using this website, you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

2. Health and Personal Services Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Aidio.ca is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking services with student service providers. Aidio.ca is NOT a healthcare provider, medical clinic, dental office, registered massage therapy clinic, or any other regulated health profession entity.

All services listed on Aidio.ca, including but not limited to dental hygiene services and massage services, are performed by students enrolled in accredited educational programs. These individuals are students in training and are NOT licensed, registered, or certified health professionals.

By using Aidio.ca and engaging with any service provider found through our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Services are performed by students for educational and training purposes only.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with receiving services from a student practitioner.

• You are encouraged to consult a licensed and registered health professional for any medical, dental, or therapeutic needs.

• Arpanroo Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the competency, skill level, or quality of services provided by student advertisers.

• Arpanroo Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, harm, adverse reaction, or damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from services received through this platform.

3. Student Verification — Scope and Limitations

Arpanroo Inc. operates a student verification process which may include review of student identification documents and proof of enrollment in an accredited educational institution. This verification process is designed solely to confirm enrollment status.

Verification by Aidio.ca does NOT constitute or imply:

• Confirmation that the student is licensed, registered, or certified under any applicable provincial or federal regulatory body.

• An endorsement of the student's skills, competence, or fitness to perform any service.

• Ongoing monitoring of the student's enrollment or standing at their institution.

• Any guarantee of service quality or safety.

The educational institution at which the student is enrolled bears sole responsibility for the student's training, supervision, and professional conduct. Arpanroo Inc. assumes no responsibility for the actions or omissions of any verified or unverified student advertiser on this platform.

4. Age Restriction and Eligibility

By registering for an account or using Aidio.ca, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you may not register for an account, post an advertisement, or engage with any service provider through this platform without the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Arpanroo Inc. reserves the right to terminate any account and remove any advertisement if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

5. Personal Information and Privacy (PIPEDA)

The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by Arpanroo Inc. is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

By using Aidio.ca, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://aidio.ca/privacy-policy.

In connection with our student verification process, you may be required to submit personal documents including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of enrollment. These documents are collected solely for verification purposes and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy

Aidio.ca facilitates connections between service seekers and student service providers. All appointment scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling is conducted directly between the parties. Arpanroo Inc. is not a party to any appointment arrangement and bears no responsibility for missed, cancelled, or rescheduled appointments.

Service receivers agree to:

• Provide reasonable notice to the student service provider if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment.

• Understand that student service providers may require a minimum commitment of sessions as outlined in their advertisement.

• Acknowledge that repeated no-shows or cancellations without notice may result in account suspension at the sole discretion of Arpanroo Inc.

Student service providers agree to:

• Honor confirmed appointments to the best of their ability.

• Provide reasonable notice to service receivers in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

• Conduct all appointments in a professional manner consistent with their institution's standards of practice.

7. Limitation of Liability — Recommended Revision

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Arpanroo Inc. to any user for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Aidio.ca — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by the user to Arpanroo Inc. in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

This limitation applies regardless of whether Aidio.ca or any of its services are provided free of charge or for a fee, and regardless of the form or basis of any claim.
